On 13 August 2025, our Year 11 Business Management and Year 12 VCE Food Studies students enjoyed a cross-disciplinary excursion to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery. The visit brought classroom theory to life, enhancing engagement and deepening understanding of key VCE learning outcomes.
